1.Shipping and Product Delivery

1.1 The Seller ships its products within Italy via express courier. Standard delivery is generally made within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday) from receipt of the order form or within 72 hours for shipments to islands or outside Italy. In any case, the Seller reserves the right to deliver the ordered products within 30 days from the Order Confirmation email.

1.2 The Seller will make every effort to meet the delivery times indicated above but shall not be held liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by possible delays.

1.3 The shipping cost for each order may vary based on the total price and will be clearly specified during the order transmission process and in the Order Confirmation.

1.4 All the costs mentioned above are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

1.5 The Customer must always check the number and integrity of the packages. In case of anomalies or damages, the Customer must immediately report them to the courier, refuse the delivery, and promptly inform Customer Service. The Seller will fully bear the costs of replacement and redelivery.

1.6 Express delivery is understood to be to the ground floor, and it will be carried out, unless otherwise indicated, from Monday to Friday during regular business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), excluding national holidays.


2.Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Under Article 52 of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing explanations and without penalties, within the terms and conditions outlined in the following articles.

2.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Seller’s Customer Service using the email info@brandonmilano.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products.

2.3 Once the withdrawal notification has been received, and the Seller verifies the compliance with the terms to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller’s Customer Service will send an email to the Customer to open a “return process” containing the procedure to follow for returning the products (see “Return Procedure for Withdrawal”). The Seller must receive the returned Product within 14 days of notification of the return process. Upon receipt of the products, the Seller will initiate the refund process (see Refunds) only if the products have been returned within the established timeframe (the postmark or delivery date to the courier will be considered), and if the products are found to be perfectly intact and in their original packaging, complete with all parts (product packaging and accompanying documentation), and repackaged in conditions suitable for resale.

2.4 In the event of withdrawal communicated by the Customer according to the terms outlined in the previous article, the Seller will refund the Customer for all amounts paid, including delivery charges (where applicable), within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification. The Customer bears shipping costs. The shipment is the Customer’s full responsibility until the receipt is confirmed at the warehouse indicated by the Seller. Upon arrival at the address indicated by the Seller, the Product will be examined to assess any damages or tampering not caused by transportation. If the original packaging and/or wrapping is damaged, the Seller will withhold a percentage of the refund corresponding to the respective loss of value of the Product.

2.5 Given the nature of the products sold by the Seller, the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the Product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal on only a portion of the purchased Product. For orders that include multiple Products, it will be possible to withdraw from one or more Products of the Order, specifying the description of the Products to be returned in the withdrawal notification. In such cases, the refund will be processed according to the methods outlined in the previous article.

2.6 Regardless of the correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment, the Seller will always issue the refund to the person who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used for the purchase). By the Consumer Code, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the Products have been received back or until the Customer has provided proof of having shipped the Products.

2.7 The Right of Withdrawal is deemed to be correctly exercised when the following conditions are entirely met:

  • The email requesting the exercise of the right of withdrawal contains the order code;
  • The products related to the order for which the right of withdrawal is exercised are sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times.


3.Returns

3.1 The return procedure is initiated only after the Customer requests to exercise the right of withdrawal. In any case, after the Customer’s request, the Seller will verify the conditions required to open a return procedure.

3.2 Once the return procedure is initiated, the Seller will email the Customer instructions for returning the product.

3.3 The customer bears the shipping costs. The Customer must be available for the courier to pick up the package on a business day at the address they specify.

3.4 The return package must include a copy of the Order Confirmation sent to the email address provided by the Customer or the shipping label on the package at the time of receipt. Under no circumstances will packages shipped with cash on delivery or freight collection be accepted.


4.Refund Times and Methods

4.1 A refund procedure may refer to two different types of situations:

  • Refund of the total amount related to an order for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised;
  • Partial refund related to an order for which one or more products have become unavailable.

4.2 Regardless of the payment method used by the Customer, and subject to the provisions regarding withdrawal in the previous article 9, the refund will be processed by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the sending of the Order Confirmation (in the case of a partial refund due to the unavailability of one or more products) and within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the withdrawal notification (in the case of withdrawal), using, where possible, the same payment method used for the order.

4.3 Regardless of the correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment, the seller will always issue a refund to the person who made the payment (identified as the holder of the credit card used for the purchase).
